Identify YOUR priorities.
You know your lifestyle and needs better than anyone else. What may be a top priority to one person may not be at the top of the list for another. Maybe you want to start filtering your water💧, or possibly upgrade your sleep surfaces 🛌, or swap out your personal care products 💄. Whatever it may be figure out what you want to focus on and plan your strategy.
Keep a list of items you want to swap. When something is running low, purchase the replacement.
I’ve mentioned before, don’t replace things unless you need to. Be intentional and prepared when the time comes. You’ve got this!
